Carolyn Zhang

Carolyn Zhang is a Managing Director in the firm's Outsourced Services Group with over 15 years of experience in the industry. She provides outsourced accounting services to Technology companies such as SAAS, Life Sciences, and Mobile Media.

Carolyn supports the operational accounting functions for Venture-Backed Early Stage tech startups. She plays a crucial role in managing the overall direction, coordination, development, and evaluation of accounting and financial operations within client companies. She also develops and produces timely financial packages and manages accounting reconciliation and the month-end closing process while ensuring compliance with financial standards. Working closely with the client's leadership team, she establishes performance metrics and implements accounting software strategies for future system enhancements. Furthermore, Carolyn supervises the accounting team, monitors their performance, and develops relationships with banking, insurance, and external accounting personnel for seamless client services. 

Prior to joining the firm, Carolyn was a Head of Accounting Services at Keating Consulting Group, a Silicon Valley-based financial professional services firm.
