Shaquan Williams

Shaquan Williams is an Audit Senior in the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Group with experience serving both public and privately held companies, and wealthy individuals. Shaq provides restructuring and investigative advisory services to distressed companies, unsecured creditors, senior lenders and trustees in the middle-market environment. He also provides services to a variety of industries, including real estate manufacturing and distribution, and employee benefit 401(k) pension plans.

Shaq is also a member of the national Real Estate Services Group, providing accounting, auditing and advisory services to clients in the real estate industry, including commercial, residential, condominiums and co-operative, construction and public and private REITs. He is responsible for all phases of the audit, including planning, organization, supervision and review of the fieldwork.

Shaq serves on EisnerAmper’s DEI Council, advising the firm’s executive leadership and fellow council members on emerging trends and needs identified by region, industry, or business segment. Within the firm’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), he is the recruiting chair of the Black Employee Network (BEN) in the New Jersey office. BEN strives to build an environment that fosters and promotes productivity and creativity for all group members, by providing a new light into the public accounting profession, valuing individuals, encouraging their development and rewarding their performance. Shaq also assists and consults with the firm’s Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and Management, Learning and Development, Business development, and Client Experience teams on internal communications regarding action plan priorities.

As an active member of the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA), Shaq works with NABA and firm recruiting teams focusing on areas such as recruitment, retention and development opportunities, in addition to campus visits, career fairs, and firm networking events. He is also an active member of the firm’s audit staff committee, facilitates the internal training and mentoring of staff and participates in the firm’s recruitment of new employees.
