Brett Pellegrin

Brett Pellegrin is a Manager in the firm's Consulting Services Group. Brett has extensive experience providing full-cycle project management across various disaster recovery and federal grant management projects, including CARES Act, American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and Infrastructure Investment & Jobs Act (IIJA) programs.

Brett regularly assists state and local governments in designing and implementing federally compliant grant programs, driving programmatic efficiencies, maintaining regulatory compliance through effective policy and systems design, and continuously supporting program objectives through data analysis. In addition, through his broad knowledge of federal grant programs and Uniform Guidance, Brett serves as a trusted resource for governmental entities on matters such as subrecipient monitoring, procurement compliance, federal reporting and program closeout.

Prior to joining the firm, Brett was a Manager at Postlethwaite & Netterville (P&N), a leading full-service accounting and business advisory firm.
